NACA provides a comprehensive program for you to become a homeowner on the best mortgage terms in America. We have made the mortgage process as efficient and effective as possible. For you to be a successful homeowner through NACA you need to follow the process.

The NACA Program sounds too good to be true. Please visit our website at www.naca.com for complete information on our successful advocacy and incredible mortgage. In addition, all of our services are free for NACA Members.

This first step is to attend this workshop. During the workshop we will outline the Ten Steps for you to become a homeowner through NACA. This workshop will provide you with an overview of the homebuying process and focus on you becoming NACA Qualified. Once you are NACA Qualified, you are essentially approved for a mortgage through NACA since the vast majority of applications submitted to participating lenders are approved.

The next step after you become NACA Qualified is to attend a Purchase workshop. These workshops are required for all NACA Qualified Members and take place every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. in our local office. Here you will learn about the next steps in the homebuying process and what to focus on.

In order to move through the process as quickly as possible you should complete as much as you can on our website at www.naca.com. If you do not feel comfortable using the web or computers call the local office after the workshop to make an appointment. Your Mortgage Consultant can input the data and submit your documents. Please use your best efforts to use the web as described below.

Data you should input include the following:
  1. Information on both borrowers and co-borrowers
  2. Employer information
  3. Landlord information
  4. Assets including bank accounts
  5. Intake Questions
  6. Workshop Evaluations
Documents you should submit include the following:
  1. Income documents (i.e. paystubs, etc.)
  2. Bank accounts
  3. Explanations for late payments
Approvals and Authorizations needing your electronic signature (please review carefully):
  1. NACA Membership Agreement
  2. NACA Member’s Authorizations
Payment for Membership and credit report:
  1. Membership fee is just $20 a year for the household.
  2. Credit Report fee is $10 per credit report for individual or joint.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:
Once you have completed the workshop you can make an appointment for an individual counseling session. You can do this once you have received your Member I.D. through your email which should take less than one week. The fastest and most effective way to make an appointment is go to NACA’s website at naca.com. You can also call the local NACA office.
