HUNDREDS OF LIMA RESIDENTS ANTICIPATED TO ATTEND NACA’S HOMEBUYER EVENT 

NACA WILL HOST WORKSHOPS AND COUNSELING TO ACCESS NACA’S BEST IN AMERICA MORTGAGE

(BOSTON, MA) – NACA in partnership with Lima, Ohio Mayor Sharetta Smith will host a 3-day homebuyer event April 28^th through 30^th from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The event will take place at the Lima-Allen County Neighborhoods in Partnership building, located at 1440 W Spring Street.  Residents in Lima and surrounding communities will have the opportunity to access and qualify for NACA’s Best in America Mortgage – no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, no consideration of credit score.  NACA has the lowest fixed interest with comprehensive affordable housing counseling.   The event is free to the public and walk-ins are welcome.   

NACA, the nation’s largest HUD-certified counseling organization, has a proven success rate of providing affordable mortgages to disenfranchised people who dream of owning a home.   NACA provides the best affordable homeownership program to low-to-moderate income individuals and people of color.
