Mortgage Consultants (“MCs”)

While applicants need to have as much mortgage and counseling experience as possible, we will consider hiring people who can demonstrate that their job experience, education and/or community work provides the foundation to be successful at NACA.
The compensation has been revised to provide a base salary with performance pay that allows outstanding opportunity to earn a great income based on performance results. The compensation is designed so an MC can earn overall compensation from $45,000 and upwards of $65,000+ a year with the opportunity to make six figures

The MC has access to NACA’s Best in America Mortgage product and NACA’s process, providing all the necessary elements for a motivated and committed person to be successful.
NACA requires a MC to be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (“MLO”). For those candidates selected for hire but not licensed, NACA will make a conditional offer. Their employment would commence once she/he completes the MLO pre-licensing education requirements and passes the state and federal licensing exam within a specified timeframe of the conditional offer. NACA will pay the costs of obtaining and maintaining a license so long as she/he complies with all applicable licensing deadlines and requirements.
