“This is a time of exciting growth and investment at 225 Centre and throughout Jackson Square,” said Bart Mitchell, TCB president and CEO. “We look forward to welcoming NACA staff to this vibrant neighborhood.”
“We are delighted to keep NACA and our employees in the Jamaica Plain/Roxbury community,” said Bruce Marks, NACA president and CEO. “We are at home with the many low and moderate income residents. 225 Centre will be our corporate headquarters as we carry out our mission of fighting for working people by our aggressive advocacy and providing the best mortgage for working people in the United States.”
225 Centre has also leased 100 percent of the 103 occupied apartments built for market rate, moderate income and low income residents. Located next to the Jackson Square MBTA station, the 225 Centre development was recently established as a Zip Car vehicle sharing site and is steps away from a Hubway bicycle sharing station.
