(巴尔的摩, MD) Dozens of people were queued up before 6:00 a.m.to be part of the final day of NACA’s Achieve the Dream event at the Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown Inner Harbor,  Roughly  8,000 people have attended the event during the first four days of the event, and the total will likely surpass 10,000 before the doors close at 8:00 p.m. tonight.
