(Saint-Louis, Missouri) Missouri 1st District Congressman William Lacy Clay, Chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing, Community Development and Insurance, visited NACA’s Réalisez le rêve homeownership event at the Hotel Lumiere in downtown St. Louis.
The congressman met with NACA Founder and CEO Bruce Marks along with several NACA staff members, then addressed a group of future homeowners beginning the NACA program at the event.
He told the group, “I’m impressed. NACA is making a difference all across this country, and it’s helping us close the homeownership gap. We are fighting to eliminate redlining in the housing industry. We know what impact redlining has had on this community and other communities. Thank you NACA for what you are doing.”
Bruce Marks stated, “We need leaders like Congressman William Lacy Clay to say, let’s take the NACA standard, where we have shown that it works, to be the national standard.”
NACA’s Achieve the Dream event in St. Louis is bringing extraordinary homeownership opportunities with NACA’s Best in America Mortgage program. NACA’s program features no down payment, no closing costs, no PMI and a fixed below market interest rate. Thousands have already taken advantage of the opportunity at the event, which continues through Sunday.
