THOUSANDS OF HOMEBUYERS TO ATTEND NACA’S ACHIEVE THE DREAM EVENT IN ATLANTA
NACA COUNSELORS WILL PROVIDE FACE-TO-FACE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING TO ACCESS NACA’S BEST IN AMERICA MORTGAGE
(Atlanta, GA – October 4, 2022) – For five days, October 13-17at Atlanta’s AmericasMart, thousands of homebuyers will attend NACA’s massive one-stop face-to-face Réalisez le rêve homeownership event. This must-see event happens nowhere except through NACA, even with the downturn in the housing market. Due to word of mouth, NACA continues to be the go-to organization for low to moderate income and minority homebuyers.
At this Achieve the Dream event, in one day participants complete a homebuyer’s workshop, are counseled by a HUD approved NACA Counselor and meet with a NACA underwriter to be qualified for NACA’s Meilleur en Amérique Hypothèque: no down-payment, no closing costs, no fees, no mortgage insurance, and a below market fixed interest rate (5.75% – 30-year fixed and 4.875% – 15-year fixed as of 10/4/2022) without consideration of one’s credit score.
“NACA is setting the national standard in providing affordable homeownership”, states Bruce Marks, NACA’s founder and CEO. “Decision makers from the government, mortgage industry, and political leaders are attending our Atlanta Achieve the Dream event to see for themselves what sets NACA apart from everyone else. We did the impossible for homeowners during the mortgage crisis by modifying over 300,000 mortgages with our massive Save the Dream events. Now we are doing the extraordinary for homebuyers with our Achieve the Dream events. Just ask some of the more than 75,000 homeowners with NACA’s incredible terms, with virtually no one losing their home to foreclosure (i.e., foreclosure rate of 0.00012). The “drumbeat” in minority neighborhoods and people’s social networks is that NACA is the place to go for affordable homeownership.”
NACA’s recent Achieve the Dream events were an overwhelming success with many thousands of homebuyers at the recent Miami, New York City, Houston and Baltimore events (click here for event recap). With rents skyrocketing nationwide, purchasing a home with NACA’s Best in America Mortgage will often result in a mortgage payment that is lower than one’s current rent.
Homebuyers will be descending upon Atlanta from across the region and around the country for what will be NACA’s final Achieve the Dream Event for 2022. NACA has over $20 Billion for its extraordinary mortgage, including $15 Billion from Bank of America. All NACA services are free of charge. Doors will be open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day. Registration for the event is at www.naca.com and walk-ins are welcome.
When: Thursday, October 13th through Monday, October 17th – 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
