THOUSANDS ATTENDING NACA AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP EVENT IN QUEENS
MORE THAN FIVE THOUSAND EXPECTED ON FIRST DAY TODAY
(QUEENS, NY – June 23, 2022) – Several hundred future homeowners were already in line early this morning at the event venue of the Resorts World Casino in Queens (110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Queens, NY 11420) for NACA’s Réalisez le rêve affordable homeownership event, which opened at 8:00 a.m. this morning and runs through Monday.
With Americans facing skyrocketing rents and climbing interest rates, NACA provides the best affordable homeownership program for low to moderate income individuals and people of color. Homebuyers will receive one-on-one counseling from a HUD Approved NACA Counselor during this event, and many will get a same-day qualification for NACA’s Meilleur en Amérique mortgage to begin their housing search. All NACA services are free of charge.
NACA has over $20 Billion for its unique mortgage, including $15 Billion from Bank of America. NACA’s Meilleur en Amérique Mortgage features no down-payment, no closing costs, no fees, no mortgage insurance, and a below market fixed interest rate (4.875% – 30-year fixed and 3.875% – 15-year fixed as of 6/23/22) and credit scores are not considered. NACA is the nation’s largest HUD-approved nonprofit community advocacy and homeownership organization.
