(Columbia, SC) On Monday, March 9º at 9:30 a.m. at the Carolina Coliseum (701 Assembly Street) James E. Clyburn, Sixth District Congressman and House Majority Whip and Bruce Marks, CEO of NACA, will announce a Save the Dream Event coming to the Carolina Coliseum Friday, March 13 through Monday, March 16º to provide the best solution for homeowners with an unaffordable mortgage. Also attending the press conference will be Columbia Mayor Bob Coble, University of South Carolina Dr. Harris Pastides, and members of the S.C. General Assembly.
NACA has provided the best solution to tens of thousands of homeowners by permanently reducing their interest rates to as low as two percent. Some of the homeowners will be joining Congressman Clyburn and Mr. Marks, like Columbia’s Threasa Smith who has benefited from NACA’s best in the country mortgage solution. NACA reduced her unaffordable mortgage payment to 3.75% fixed for the life of the loan.
“It may sound too good to be true, but I’m living proof. I’m saving $400 a month and I’m excited to tell everyone that this free service exists,” said Smith. Several other homeowners assisted by NACA will also be in attendance
Thousands of people have already registered for this event that will provide homeowners with unaffordable mortgages an opportunity to restructure their mortgage, many of them the same day. Many thousands of homeowners from throughout the southeast are expected to attend. Walk-ins are welcome. All services are free.
NACA’s restructure solution has established the national standard for long-term solutions for thousands of owner-occupant homeowners by permanently reducing their interest rate and the principal balance when needed. NACA can do this because it has secured legally binding agreements with the country’s largest lenders/servicers covering over 90% of the at-risk homeowners. Lenders will stand by to approve solutions on the spot.
