Early Morning Lines Again This Morning at NACA’s Affordable Homeownership Event

MORE THAN 10,000 EXPECTED TO ATTEND  BEFORE THE END OF THE EVENT MONDAY NIGHT

(BALTIMORE, MD) – The fourth day of NACA’s five-day Achieve the Dream homeownership event got underway this morning in much the same style as the previous three days: Lines forming two hours or more before the doors open, and hundreds of people filling the ballroom at the Radisson Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor within minutes as they seek the American Dream of homeownership through NACA’s Best in America mortgage program.

“Nearly 500 buyers have already been pre-approved for the NACA mortgage,” according to Bruce Marks, NACA Founder and CEO, “and the remainder will either be approved before the event is over or continue to work with NACA through our local offices and National Counseling Center to get that qualification. NACA is reinventing mortgage lending for Baltimore and the entire country.”

The first day of the NACA event on Thursday saw more than 2,000 people in attendance, keeping the ballroom at the Radisson filled and NACA underwriters working until 1:00 am to take care of everyone who had come to be qualified for the NACA mortgage.

Friday saw nearly as many people in attendance as Thursday, keeping qualification workshops filled to overflowing.

Saturday brought a visit from Baltimore city Council President Brandon Scott, seen here talking about Baltimore’s housing needs with NACA Founder and CEO Bruce Marks.

This morning, people were again lining up before 6:00 am to be a part of NACA’s Achieve the Dream event, signaling the start another day working with the thousands of Baltimore area homebuyers seeking the NACA mortgage with no down payment, no closing costs and a below market fixed rate.
