Eager Homeowners in Line This Morning at NACA’s American Dream Event at the Ontario Convention Center

(Ontario, CA) Recent reports indicate that much of the Inland Empire and Los Angeles Metro areas are still struggling with unaffordable mortgages and the threat of foreclosure. NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), the nation’s largest HUD Certified non-profit, will return for its only 2015 American Dream Tour Event in Southern California Friday, August 21st through Tuesday, August 25th, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day at the Ontario Convention Center. This event is for both homeowners struggling with an unaffordable mortgage and homebuyers wanting to purchase a home using NACA’s “Best in America” mortgage.

NACA’s American Dream Tour event gives homeowners the unique opportunity to meet face to face with their lender on-site to obtain an affordable same-day solution because of the legally binding agreements NACA has with all the major lenders plus investors Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Many homeowners have their interest rate reduced to as low as 2% and possibly receive a principal reduction, saving hundreds and sometimes more than a thousand dollars a month on their mortgage payment.

“Millions of homeowners across the country still have a great need for help, so NACA continues to be relentless in advocating for homeowners” states Bruce Marks, Founder and CEO of NACA. “NACA continues to provide affordable modifications nationwide. We do not take no for an answer and encourage the homeowners to join NACA in advocating for affordable solutions.”

Homeowners with Bank of America loans can still potentially benefit from last year’s $17 Billion mortgage settlement with the Justice Department. Homeowners with loans from any major lender can also benefit from the terms of the National Mortgage Settlement as well as other settlements. Since all of NACA’s services are free, homeowners have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

ALL NACA SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE.

Home buyers can qualify at the event for NACA’s Best in America Mortgage with no down payment, no closing costs, no points or fees. Everyone receives the same below market interest rate without consideration of their credit score, but based on their individual circumstances. Homeowners and homebuyers can again realize the dream of affordable homeownership. Even those who have lost a home to foreclosure, short sale or bankruptcy can become homeowners again through the program if more than two years have elapsed since losing the home.

NACA’s Home Save and Purchase programs have been highlighted on the national and local news as the most effective in providing affordable homeownership, including the recent history making Detroit Neighborhood Initiative:
