NACA Kicks off Largest Homeownership Event in Florida History

Providing Unprecedented Homeownership Opportunity With No Down Payment & No Closing Cost

(Miami, FL) Thursday, October 11th at 11:00 a.m. NACA will kick off the largest homeownership event in Florida history at its “Achieve the Dream” one-stop mortgage event at the Miami Airport Convention Center.  The program directly confronts the affordable housing crisis with a truly affordable mortgage that requires no down payment, no closing costs, no PMI, at a below market fixed rate and no need for perfect credit. NACA provides unpresented homeownership opportunities for thousands of low and moderate-income homebuyers.

NACA and Bank of America executives will be joined by Miami area and Florida political figures to highlight the extraordinary homeownership opportunities provided during this five-day event.  Thousands of homebuyers will attend with the opportunity to access NACA’s Best in America Mortgage.  Bank of America has committed $10 Billion to the NACA mortgage program.

“The NACA Mortgage, without the need for a down payment or closing costs, eliminates the significant savings requirement that locks out many homebuyers in today’s market”, stated Bruce Marks, NACA’s CEO and founder. NACA’s first Miami Achieve the Dream event in February drew nearly 8,000 homebuyers seeking affordable homeownership.

The Achieve the Dream event runs Thursday, October 11th through Sunday, October 14th from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM each day. The event is open to all prospective homebuyers, and NACA services are free of charge.  During this one-stop mortgage operation homebuyers will attend a homebuyer workshop, meet one-on-one with a NACA Counselor, and have their file underwritten to be approved for the NACA Mortgage.

During the mortgage crisis, NACA’s “Save the Dream” events attracted tens of thousands of homeowners where NACA was able to modify over 250,000 unaffordable mortgages. Now NACA’s Achieve the Dream event in Miami will also host thousands of primarily low and moderate-income people who are homebuyers participating in NACA’s purchase program. Ten years after the beginning of the mortgage crisis, NACA is the one bright light in mortgage lending for low to moderate-income and minority borrowers.  www.naca.com. #AchieveTheDreamNACA.
