Web-File Portal

The Web-File is every Member’s personal web portal to NACA. This is where Members can upload documents into their file, identify what additional steps are needed to become NACA Qualified, view qualification or purchase status, review credit reports, register to vote and much more. It is crucial that Members utilize their Web-File to reduce the processing time and to understand their next steps at any given time during the process.

Members can see their qualification status at any time by accessing their Web-File. In addition, the Web-file shows Members what additional documents they need to provide plus any next steps. Members can also contact their NACA Counselor to attain any addition details or clarification on where they are in the process.

Visit the Web-File login page and click on “Get my NACA ID”. The Member need to enter their email address and last four digits of their social security number. Select “Submit” and the Members NACA ID will be displayed. In addition, you will receive an email with the number.

Visit the Web-File login page and click on “Reset My Password”. The Member enters their NACA ID number and their email address they provided to NACA and the last four digits of their social security number. Select “Submit” and choose either or both option(s) to text or email. The Member will receive a code to create their password. Enter the code on the Web-file screen. The Member will then need to select a new password.

For security purposes, the Members account automatically locked due to too many unsuccessful attempts. Contact Members Services at 425-602-6222 to get the access reset.

The most effective way to submit documents is to upload them through the NACA Web-File portal.  Members can access their Web-File from their desktop, phone or tablet.  The option to upload is the best option since scanning can only be done in the local NACA office or at an Achieve the Dream event.

Members can upload documents by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the NACA Web-File portal and login
  2. Select the type of document (i.e. income, assets, etc.)
  3. Select the specific document (i.e. bank statement, paystub, etc.)
  4. Select “Choose File”
  5. Upload the document (should be able to view document)
  6. Input data from document into required fields
  7. Submit document

The submitted document will then be able for the NACA Counselor to review and input any additional information from the document, and then accept.

Members can determine if their NACA Counselor has accepted the document by checking the status within the Web-File portal.  Members are encouraged to contact their NACA Counselor for any documents still in “Pending” status, particularly those that are important for NACA Qualification.

Members can upload documents using their smartphone by following these steps:

  1. Take a picture of the document and save it in pdf format.  It is best to use software that converts the picture to a PDF such as CamScanner.  Make sure to note the location of the file on the phone.
  2. Navigate to the NACA Web-File portal and login
  3. Select the type of document (i.e. income, assets, etc.)
  4. Select the specific document (i.e. bank statement, paystub, etc.)
  5. Select “Choose File”
  6. Upload the document from the smartphone location where the pdf file is stored (should be able to view document)
  7. Input data from document into required fields
  8. Submit document

While NACA makes fax an available option for Members to submit their documents, Members are strongly encouraged to upload their documents using the Web-File portal.

Fax documents do not show the type of document or any data which makes it more difficult and time consuming for the NACA Counselor to process. NACA is in the process of removing the fax option. Going forward Members should upload their documents by using the Web-File (via desktop, phone or table) or at a local NACA office or event.

Members who require technical support should contact Member Services. Members can either call 425-602-6222, use the Chat option (lower right corner of the page) or via email at [email protected].
